Frankly speaking, this yoga studio is full of aunties who are just housewives. This studio is not suitable for the younger generation belonging to an MNC culture. These are just like mohalla aunties who are not very well educated and just get jealous of everyone.
The problem with those housewives is that they will pass unnecessary comments on you because they want you to be part of their aunty group, and they get jealous if you don't join them.
M under Meenu's guidance since last one year.She's more of a friend than strict yoga guru.A highly motivational lady who shares positivity in any phase .With her praising nature and positive vibes even the difficult asanas seems easy
I am having a wonderful experience with Meenu. Meenu ji is a great inspiration and motivates me to enhance my personality. She is dedicated towards each and every student. She attends everyone personally and makes the class lively. She is also very patient to teach every yoga position. I Iove group events she organises time to time.
Mindful yoga with Meenu has an excellent yoga environment that helps to relax your whole body and mind. Trainer is very patient and encouraging. The vibe is really positive and cheerful. The place is full of energy. They also teach meditation.
