Beast gym in & around mugalivakam. Sply trainer Mr.Arun, gem of a person. who gives spl care to each individual and Cardio sessions, floor work outs & strengthening are scheduled according to each individual capability and body type. Huge difference in a short period of time naturally.

Its a great gym to workout. The trainers give you the necessary attention. I've been going there for over 3 months now and i do not have any issue. The trainers are friendly and flexible. It is safe and comfortable for girls here. Overall a nice gym would recommend it to all
Good for nothing.
They are charging almost 4500 per quarter but the service provided is par below 'normal'.
Very few equipments, only one olympic rod and the same has to be used for squats, dead lifts, bench press and what not. You end up wasting a lot of time to get the rod if its being used by some other client. Save your money, stay away
They also do not inform the clients about their off days. I wake up at 6am daily to hit the gym, but for 3 straight days i found the gym closed. Isn't it their duty to inform every client about off days?

Brilliant gym all-around.. I really can't believe there aren't any reviews for it... It's well-equipped and has knowledgeable and know-all-stuff trainers... Personal training is very helpful and are decisive in reaching your goals faster .. Fees is nominal too and generally, it's really good value for money .
The place where you really do ground exercises more which makes you to focus more.
I felt there was a rowing cardio machine which I never came through in my last two fitness centre but it makes you to lose more and shows results.
A feedback notebook will be kept there to write our suggestions and complaints.
The only drawback is the cleaning time is at noon 1 to 3 at which time the gym is closed .

I gave my Rs 4300 for 3 months and went for 3 days only and due to some reasons I asked them to freeze they said ok. After I came to the gym they said it is expired and you have to repay again.
Total waste of my hard earned money 4300 rupees for 3 days. !!!!
Very congested and unhygiene...
Best place for friendly working out ! Best and friendly trainers , free space and good women workout environment ! Don't see over some negative reviews and ignore ! Have a visit and enjoy working out !
