My brother went to himachal and brought aam achaar. Aftr liking the taste i ordered 3 types of pickles from their website. So disappointed. Aam chutney had weird smell and aam achaar is smelling bad after 10 days of opening. Just the galg achar is fine till today. Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all. they send old items.
Ordered 24 bottles of premium apple juice... received 2 broken and most of the lot was fermented and did not taste same as I got it from Himachal shops... even the date of manufacturing was 20/5/23.. either they putting new new dates on old stock or there is a Quality issue ..
Minchys used to be best outlet offering various juices ,jam ,squash aachar ,clarified butter during 2007-2015 but now they have compromised with their quality aachar is completely acidic and after 2 months it starts smelling very bad ,juices are not natural any more they are just serving sugary water with fruit flavours... even i doubt on the quality of seabuck thorn tea ....so much so quality of ghee is also not good anymore......it is rightly said with times quality changes......
I purchased Minchy's rhododendron sharbat from their outlet in lower bazaar Shimla, it's some kind of fake syrup with awful taste. It doesn't contain rhododendron at all.
