VERY BAD EXPERIENCE & IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS. I've rented jwellery from this place on September 8th and paid almost 3600rs for the jwellery in which 1000rs was the caution deposit which they told that they'll give back once we return the jwellery on time. I gave the jwellery back on 15th September which was the last date to give back the jwellery. When I went there and asked for the caution deposit they said that since we paid it via gpay, they'll gpay it back. But now it's almost a month. I had to call them continuously and literally beg them to give my money back. All I wanna say is that I really had a bad experience and I'm very disappointed with their service. People, please don't go to this place and don't recommend this place to anyone you know. Because I'm sure that they're not gonna give you your money back.

Very bad experience and VERY IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF. They will not return back the advance amount that you have paid even after returning the jewellery. We have called them many times and still no use. Please don't rent anything from this place and don't recommend this place to anyone. Worst place and worst customer service ever.
