Ideal change in taste for tourists if you are eating Gujrati food for a few days. A good variety of speciality South Indian dishes and the taste is true to the original. The ambience is great and the staff is quick and attentive.

Milton has always been my favourite south Indian restaurant in Vadodara. Be it the taste or the service, everything is just perfect. Staff is super polite and humble. I just miss one thing. Earlier they used to serve sweet curd with every dish but suddenly they stopped serving it don't know why. It was really icing on the cake. Would visit again and again! Update: New Visit in June 2023 Again a good experience. We ordered Plain Dosa, Dahi Vada, Appam and Besi bele Huliyana (Sambhar Rice). Loved the Sambhar rice. Dosa was bit less crispy and cold so Manager was kind enough to replace it. Their service never fails to surprise us.

Milton's South corner is a good place to have South Indian food. Specially Paneer Catholic, Thatte idli, Dahi vada, ghee roast masala dhosa, rava masala dhosa, filter coffee are good. The ambience and service is very good.

Milton - a must visit place for south indian food lovers. The Ambiance is lovely with Lights in coconut shells, good crowd. Location is very convenient, just near Akota garden, Taj Vivanta. Ample road side parking just outside. Good place to visit with family, friends and kids. South Indian food is my all time favorite and Rasam or Rasam vada is a good choice to start with. The Variety of Dosa served are yummy. We have tried Mysore Masala, Masala Uttapa. They also serve south indian thali. Visited 23 .09.23

Lovely place love the chutney... Chilli idli, masala dosai, uttapam, but mahn sambar & chutney..... I recommend you to change the name to "Chutney's".....

The coconut chutney is just wow, and best part is they also serves Jain food. The Plain Cheese Dosa was a simple yet satisfying delight. The crispy dosa filled with cheese was cooked to perfection, offering a delightful combination of textures and flavors. The Mysore Masala Cheese Dosa, on the other hand, took the traditional masala dosa to another level with its spicy Mysore chutney and creamy cheese, making it a unique and indulgent option. The Mix Uttapam was a medley of flavors, topped with a variety of vegetables and cooked to golden perfection, providing a wholesome and satisfying option. The Idli Bhaji was a comforting dish with soft and fluffy idlis and well-balanced bhaji. The restaurant's ambiance was serene and peaceful, creating a perfect backdrop for savoring South Indian cuisine. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Food: Dosa was really good. The sambhar was a bit different from the typical one but it was nice. Idli was okish, but the maindu wada were nice. I would highly recommend ghee pudi dosa. Ambience: The decor is really good. It is a big place so even when it is full, it does not feel chaotic. 7:30 would be the best time to go for dinner here. As you will get the best service and high quality before the 8 o clock dinner rush.

Southindian food is my favorite. I enjoy rasam to start with. I enjoyed the southindian curries like Kurma, Avial with Malabar Parotha, or Appam. The Ambiance is lovely with Lights in coconut shell. The Variety of Dosa served are yummy. We have tried Mysore Masala Paper Dosa n many more. They serve 2types of sambar which is unique of the place. We ordered Pinapple Sheera which was red hot and Made fresh after we ordered. Must try place for south indian food lovers.
