The gym is decently equipped and covers all the basics in terms of equipment needed for the compound movements like squats, bench press, etc. For everyone interested in Elliptical, cycling machine or treadmill, they've got you covered as well. Any time before 10am or after 5PM, it can get a bit crowded. There's only one cable machine which can be a problem sometimes due to overcrowding. Overall, it's a decent experience. I've been going here for a little over an year so far.

Good equipment , Professional and certified Trainer available . If you are beginner this is the place . Don't compare the cost because the place hygiene and Maintain well distance and clean . More over its an unisex Gym , opens at 5 Am and closed after 9 PM . Good experience so far . Will continue over there .

Good equipment with very good trainers, everything is sanitized and temperature and oxygen levels are checked before entering. One of the few better gyms out in Hyderabad. 10/10 (2021 review) Edit: This Gym has gone downhill, I used to come here back in 2021 and it's standards were like Golds gym. The gym now gets overcrowded after 3PM, after 6PM you don't even have space to walk around machines. Half the treadmills don't work, the same old trainers don't even look at you if you're a cult pass member. This is what happens when management doesn't take any action. I wished that gym stayed the same as it was in 2021. Until then I am thinking about going to another gym.

Pretty good gym. The only thing annoying is the smell of food when you enter the gym. They sell gym diet food, which is a good thing but they must sell it in a way that it must not disturb the people who don't want to purchase it.

Some very loud group of 3 visits here every late evening. A group of two guys and one girl, way too loud. I understand that cult is cheap but that doesn't mean we let annoying people in gym. Thanks to the trainer for asking them to be quiet.

Millennium gym is a very spacious and well maintained gym. The facilities in the gym are clean and well serviced. My personal trainer Salman Sameer who is the master trainer at the gym is really knowledgeable. He understood what my goal is and is helping me achieve it in a very healthy way. I am comfortable with him as he is extremely professional and well behaved. Would highly recommend this gym and the trainer for someone who is looking for a new gym in the nearby area.
