Well equipped IT park. Needs a little bit of care and this large land parcel would become wonders for every mid/small sector company in the locality. It caters to over 1000 offices with huge carpet area.
Its a Business Park where many IT firms as well as many manufacturing and Construction firms corporate offices are there I visited here for an interview in Techflow Pvt Ltd firm. Its 3-4 km from ghansoli station take around 15-20 min to walk there share auto is also available from station. Don't take direct auto from station directly they will charge you extra. Its right in the middle of Turbhe MIDC. Plenty of parking space available. There are 3-4 canteen in the business park so lots of food option available. Road is under construction from highway side. There are elevators in each wing. The IT wings are much more polished and looks tidy. Security is good enough.

This area needa to be well known to all Maharashtra..due to availability of plenty of office jobs and ease of traveling.. food stalls are less in number as well as not clean enough .. Security from thieves is also major concern
