The best ATV experience of my life. There are now total 3 options for ATV available in Ladakh - One in magnetic hill, this one and another ATV trek around 500m from the Milkha point while heading to Nubra. But my advise is to do your ATV ride here. Reasons are: 1. The track is a mix of flat out land and dunes. 2. The cost is 1000 for a ATV. If you have budget constraints 2 people can ride on the ATV along with driver. Cost remains the same, so just 500/head. 3. If you can handle the ATV properly the drivers let you drive the entire track without any interruptions. 4. The drivers are very friendly and they click amazing photos and videos. Go through my photos and you'll know. And let me tell you why this was my best experience ever. On this particular day, I was hit by severe AMS and I puked almost 16 times in 4 hours, thats more than my entire life. When we reached the ATV point I had no energy left and almost decided not to do the ride. But thank God I changed my decision. The ride was so good that it just changed my entire Ladakh experience that followed.
Mikha Point is at Nubra valley. Here one can try ATV ride. Surrounding scenic beauty is splendid. Here Vaag Milkha Vaag film is shooting was carried out. That's why the spot is named like this. 1000 rs for 10 min ATV ride charge. I think little bit costly. A worth mentioning new experience.
