We have been associated with Dr Anand from Year 2014 precisely when my daughter was 6 yrs old. Even today in her 15th Year we still prefer him over any other doctors. This long association with Dr Anand qualifies for me to give a long term experience review about Dr Anand. Dr Anand approaches the kids calmly and prefer to understand the issue deeply. He suggests antibiotics only if there is an absolute requirement in the situation. His preferred approach is to cure the disease with the natural immunity of the kid with minimal support of medicine which is beneficial for the kids in the long term. However certain times we need our kid to be alright overnight once we meet the doctor and curing with kid's natural immunity takes a bit longer. Short term fixes cause long term troubles and long term fixes cause only short term trouble. Trust me he knows what he is doing. The advantage is that the kid becomes more immune to such situations and recurrence of the disease becomes lesser. In case of an emergency requirement Dr Anand is also not reluctant to advise stronger medicines or hospitalisations as per the need of the situation but only if necessary. Basically you can completely trust his diagnostic skills and advise. Pls follow his advise and wait, your kid will be alright soon. Avoid peak rush times if possible, certain times in certain days his clinic will be overwhelmed with patients. Since most of them are regular patients like me, he cannot curtail those foot falls. In those situations ensure you are ready with the precise details to brief him so that it helps him understand the details quickly for right conclusions. You can go to him for any pediatric requirements without any apprehensions. From my last 9 yrs experience I can guarantee you, you are in safe hands.

More than the medicines, the attitude and behaviour of a doctor give confidence to parents. But unfortunately the male doctor I met in this clinic is too rude in his talks and his attitude towards parents is rough. The doctor tries to make us panic and confuse during the discussion. I would suggest the male doctor to be polite in the discussion and dont make the parents panic. Because parents are coming to see a doctor with their kid with lots of worries so try to listen to their queries. So I would suggest the people to choose this clinic as the last choice only.

Dr Anand has been our family Pediatrician for 12 years .I find it very easy to communicate with him as listens to us patiently and explains very well on his medication approach.Also Staffs are very friendly and approachable.I am extremely happy with Dr Anand and his Milestones team .

To be fair, this low rating is mainly for Dr. Anand and not for the lady doctor and the staff at the clinic who I feel are competent and compassionate. Dr. Anand, the main doctor, on the other hand is not someone who should be consulting kids at all given his rude, condescending and impersonal approach to the child patients and their parents. We visited this clinic 3 times and had the misfortune of meeting the doctor only the last time and it has put us off enough to look for another doctor to consult for our kids

Doctor Anand is very polite and calm . He prescribes only medicine that's necessary . From my personal experience doctor often has asked to not give medicine to baby unless it's unavoidable.

Have been visiting Milestones clinic since 2012 and overall the experience has been good. Good ambience for kids especially the play area.. Dr Anand talks to the point and trustworthy.. Dr follows up on the next day to check the progress, which I haven't seen in any Indian hospitals

Best for your kid. It doesn't feel like a clinic or hospital. Kid will feel like a park
