This gym is value for money. Space is may be limited but coaches are good and helpful. This is a student-dominated area so we can expect a decent crowd. My experience is good so far.
One of the worst gym experiences ever. Worst trainer during evening hours. Trainers never take care infact he sits outside the gym and talks with the receptionist whole time.
A good gym with well ventilated arena. Machines and weights are perfect for a good workout. The trainers are very helpful and polite. They continuously monitor while you exercise and help you with good techniques and correct postures.
Very very bad experience at reception..there was one male who don't know how to talk to clients.. only talk talk and talk and no listen..no manners..!!!!!!!!!
Love this place and every fitness freak will do the same . They have plenty of the space and crowd here is also decent . Trainers are good enough and assistance also very helpful. And they provide you free glucose everytime when you need.(if u ask )
This gym is definitely the best gym going around in North Delhi. The equipment, trainers are all top drawer stuff! Plus, it's very reasonable.
