The environment in the gym is damn healthy and friendly.. Being an unisex gym safety issues comes the most but in this gym being a girl I've experienced good treatment and theres no safety issues .. everything is safe and theres no such risks.. It's been a while I've joined milestone fitness gym and I'm in beginner level...The staffs/trainers here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout also they keep a track on you if they see your forms incorrect they ll always come and correct you .They train their clients really well .They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.You will not leave disappointed!..Such a family vibes I feel..and they ll also give you lessons and suggestions as well(about your health or according to your body type)...I highly recommend checking this gym Out and giving it a try .
