I stayed with my family,we are fully satisfied in all aspects,rooms are very clean,24hrs hot water,AC is in good condition and best thing they have given breakfast as a complimentary, Breakfast was delicious .Last but not least very humble and friendly staff.

hotel is ok. As usual we had grumpy non communicative unfriendly reception staff as expected in such hotels. Lift is impossibly small. water is so hard you will look like you had a white wash if you had a bath.
otherwise good and clean room. AC may not cool. overall a neat price but the price is not justified. there are better hotels at lower rates in Hassan. Food is exceptionally good. Vegetarian only.
We have visited Miles inn at hassan recently, I know most of us all prefer neat and decent environment. I would like to add if you are visiting hassan for the first time with your family, and want to give them the best, please do visit this place to have a wonderful and memorable stay.
Worst service i would not recommend this place for dinning. They ruined our dinner, orders were not noted down properly, late service and the server had lots of attitude n the manager too. He was showing off as he was damn busy with customers but hardly two tables were occupied. They didn't even give us finger bowl n when asked them they gave finger bowl with cold water. The server told us to prepare hot water they need time and it's almost time to close the restaurant when it was only 10.15pm. this not someone's attitude towards the customer one who is running the hotel. Literally disappointed would never come to such a worst serving hotel who doesn't show respect to your coustomers.
