Milan Dresses - Clothing store in Palakkad - Palakkad, India

I bought a full fancy frok with of 2000 for 1600 in this shop ...I didn't notice that was torn ..after that I called them for exchange and for informing This situation but they are not at all accepting this and didn't make any exchange ....also speaking in careless way

Have a wide range of clothes for all age groups and they try to keep up with the trend by providing the latest fashion designs. Prices are really budget friendly which is really a blessing while shopping for the whole family. Staffs are really cooperative in the gents and kids section. Even the elder most staff doesn't feel hesitant to show all kind of clothes and he was really helpful in choosing dresses for myself as well as my baby daughter. Only one lady staff on the ground floor is kinda irritating behaviour when we were looking for salwar and related dress, as she is not interested in showing clothes but forcing us to choose the first cloth itself. Also since we visited around 8 clock, she behaved like she was in a hurry to go back home and not interested in helping the customer. Management should strictly take necessary action if you don't want to lose more customers due to this. Because though we have spent around 4.5K for clothes, this situation really affected our shopping experience in a bad way. Located near the Sultanpet signal, for parking you have to depend on the lot near kandath complex road. Overall a good place to buy dresses for your family.

Wrong ,poor, horrible , terrible experience from the staff side ...we doesn't experience this type of insulting from any store's ... And the dress collection is too bad ...pls don't go there ....they doesn't mind about costumers and they don't give time to select clothes ...I can't explain the bad experience what I faced

Great place for shopping...you can meet one of the best sales girl and one of the worst salesman..good selection...if you need dress for girls, go upstairs and meet the best sales girl I have ever seen..she can read your mind...
