Midway No. 1 - Hotel in Raniganj - Paschim Bardhaman, India

I just want to share something of my own experience. I am a daily customer of your bar. Recently behavior of your staff is ridiculous/ rough. They doesn't know how to behave.they feel that they are the owner. Please correct it otherwise it's hamper your prestige. I am your very own well wisher. Note: not all staff. Everyone is well mannerd and helpful. Some of your staff is aweful(waiters). I am not reveled his name. Pls. Check it with ur own way. It's my suggestion because I love your organization.

Midway hotel. Receptionist and security need to provide better service. They expect money against poor service. I and my colleague stayed in this hotel in two rooms for 17 hours and they didn't offer a drinking water. Even after demanded, the receptionist advice me to purchase water from bar (running under hotel premises). Whereas he should ask whether a normal water or bottle water? We all know a footpath food seller, a lodge or small hotel offer a normal water. This hotel is worst than a lodge with high range of rent in terms of service. Unexpected, this was my first and last visit in this hotel.

Very nice it's location also sufficient open area for any ceremony.

Overall experience is decent Rooms are very well decorated and furnished. LOCATION is pretty good. Banquet is one of the best attraction.

According to charges, not good rooms. Services also not up to the mark. Unsatisfied

3rd Class service in the Bar.The bar manager and the waiters are so rood.Plz don't go next time

A nice place, located just near the Punjabi More beside highway. Great ambience, a huge property specially built for Marriage Ceremony with large banquet, bar, restaurant and outdoor arrangements for Marriage Ceremony. Staffs are good, rooms are big also. Enjoyed the stay.

I have gone there, And I had exam next day. And they said They don't give rooms to an unmarried lady, Seriously ! Very pathetic.
