Good Ambience. Nice Location. But the Facilities inside the room are poor. Need more attention. Staff service okay.

Good hotel with good rooms and parking. This has bar and was able to see drunkards filling the parking area. Felt bit unsafe with drunkards wondering around.

Good room and good customer service

I don't know how travellers post good reviews for this hotel. They are charging 1800 for a/c room (suite room mentioned by receptionist... LOL). They don't know what is maintainance and service. Bathroom look like a local lodge which was maintained before 5 years, I think. Washbasin and closet full of dirt and stains. There was a local bar down to this hotel, after 6pm the parking was full and drunkens roaming around. Not worth for what we pay.

The staff are all friendly, the food has both quantity and quality. The owner is very nice and friendly. The room is very nice for the price of 1800. Overall a very nice stay.

Good looking from outside and inside. Bathrooms were not maintained properly. For the suit room 206 which we took, wash basins inside the bathrooms were dirty, water heating was not functional and the room service brought hot water from outside for all of us to use. May the problem is only with this room, anyway the manager has to take a look into this.

One of the best place to stay Cherpulasseri. Midhila is clean and has good service and got a bar attached to it. This is so near to town, easily accessible. If you are looking for a place to stay or to have a meeting, this is great. Food-wise, I have mixed experience. All the events I attended had great food, but sometimes I had some real bad experience, 50-50 for food.

Good one for marriage reception and such other parties. Parking, catering, attached bar etc. available. Some what clean, spacious and located near bus stand. On main road, easy access.
