All other labs will give your RT PCR test report within 24 hour maximum. As this is a specialist in laboratory segment, you will get results after 36 hours.. worst laboratory ever seen in my life.
Everything is okay. However the RTPCR test for going aboard they didn't mentioned about the AM or PM in the timing. They said that is in 24 hrs format but airport staff said that it's not acceptable without AM or PM. After that their branch in airport reprinted the statement with new timing.
Though good sample collection,staff attitude and overall aesthetics of the place looks good,very very poor followup on results .Never dare to step in for emergency testing.
At the time of covid for home testing, they charged 400 for each person excluding test price (we were 3) plus rtpc test of 500 each. Giving total of 900 for each of us And it took 2days for the results to come in
Easily accessible location. lot of parking space. Swab collection is very professional. Needs improvement in staff behaviour and too slow in data entry which takes a lot of time.
