This seller is not trustable, they may provide pets at a reasonable rate but quality is cheapest. Never believe in what they says, they got no interest in making a customer happy, they aim only profit. They offer any help in future but if you have some complaints it will remain just as words. If you approach for a help they will ignore you. Those guys working in this shop has got no knowledge about what they are selling, they pretend like knowing everything, being confident in how they convince a customer but it can be utter foolishness. Gender identification of birds done by their staff goes wrong at least 8 out of 10 times, 2 will remain correct if only you're lucky. Most of the birds kept in their cages has got severe infections which can also spread to healthy birds. Beware of such idiotic pet shops, always choose a breeder, it can be far but they never do foolishness like these pet shops are doing which is just loss of money and time. Thank you

bought an aquarium from here on January this year and today july 29 th(2023) it had been cracked itself and all the water spreads in the drawing room and messed up all things. Upon contacted the owner his behaviour was very bad. they charged me rs 17000 for it..

Won't be buying from here again. The zebra fish i bought from here came with some disease that they passed on to all the other fishes in the tank. All 14 of my fishes died as a result, including the ones i bought. I guess I should've paid more attention to some of the similar negative reviews about them here before buying. Lesson learnt.
