MICASA HOSTELS PONDICHERRY - Backpacker Hostel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. There were five of us in our group - two guys and three girls - and we had made a last-minute reservation so we got two separate rooms. However, later on, they were really kind to move us into a common room. Due to a bus delay, we found ourselves needing to extend our stay for a bit longer. Without hesitation, they kindly permitted us to wait in the reception area without any additional charges. Our overall experience was truly delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the way the hostel operates. Prime location, everything is within 1-2 kms. Good eating place right below the hotel. The staff is prompt and accommodating. The rooms and washrooms are hygienic and are cleaned regularly. Everyone minds their own business, smoking/music/eating places are distinguished so that inconvenience is not caused to others. Laundry, kitchen and other needs are available. What else do you need? I loved staying here during my first ever solo trip.

One of a kind experience and place. It's like a proper hostel , reminds one of their college days. The place has dorms with four and six beds, and few dorms with mixed residents. The beds have nominal rates and even if you want to stay for month or two they've low rates. Common bathrooms , sitting area and amazing roof top. All this makes it a must place to stay at. Overall a nice experience.

Best choice i made choosing Micasa. The manager, Manoj, is the real gem here. He's so friendly, generous, and humble. Turns out, he's a traveler too, and he knows how to make guests feel at home.He shared cool travel stories and gave great tips about Pondicherry. It was awesome! The place had such good vibes, and I had the best sleep in ages. The beds were super cozy--like sleeping on clouds. The hostel's atmosphere is lively, and Manoj's hospitality made my stay unforgettable. It's the perfect spot if you want a comfy bed, good vibes, and a host who genuinely cares. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend Micasa for a fantastic stay in Pondicherry.

There's no better place to stay in Pondicherry, super close to rock beach especially if you are a solo traveller than Micasa! I came for two days and eventually ended up extending for two months! One place where you'll always feel at home

We had beautiful experience stay at the Micasa Hostels. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Free cheers to Sandeep Kumar for his travelling guidance and extra supporting nature. Definitely, would suggest everyone to have a stay at this place if u are looking within budget.

Perfect location to see Puducherry. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and duvets. All the rooms have AC + fans. There is common space on the roof where you can socialise and have a beer. Great hostel.

Micasa hostel is the perfect dorm in Pondy. Hannah Preethi in the front office is an incredible hostess. She was very helpful, super friendly and accommodating. The rooms was very clean and had all of the necessities. The neighbourhood outside the hostel had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The hostel is close by the white town, rock beach and railway station. Highly recommended for the people are who are willing to stay in the dorm for short and long duration.
