If you are expecting like a zoo in real sense you will be disappointed for sure. But having a mini zoo in the district of Miao of Arunachal Pradesh is itself is a remarkable experience. As the name suggest it's a mini zoo where you can spot 10-13 types of animals. Amidst the hills of miao kids can have some glimpse of what a zoo look like. It has dears, monkeys, bear and other animals. However the zoo need more maintainable.
A very small type zoo in Miao . Very clean and calm and quite . Hullock Gibbons break the silence atmosphere. 10 15 types animals are here . Not so many rushes here. Entry fee for adult is Rs 5 and child is Rs 2. Feeding or teasing of zoo animals is strictly prohibited. Carrying of poly or plastic bag is also strictly restricted here.

Its a small and clean zoo...but A/c me animals should not be caged.
Mini Zoo at Miao is a good place to see some animal species of Arunachal like Hoolock Gibbon, Birmese Python, etc. Ticket is Rs.20/- per person.
