We conducted our farewell part here . The place and the views is awesome friendly staffs . The place is quite place . There lots trees there also the greenery are beautiful. The warm wind and the beuty of the lake etc are scenic views.

The location is good and the rooms are average. There were noone for service when I stayed there. The pool is good and the only attraction here. Heard that the place is renovated now however room rent also increased by 50%.

Pros : Location is good near a water facing (lake) in mid city. Calm and serene Cons: If at all looking for wedding function expecting more guests coming with car then you might need to consider this place with proper planning. Parking is difficult once the internal space is full and more over the roads are too narrow to reach

A suitable place to conduct small gatherings and events. They have ample parking space. A small and nice swimming pool is also available. The view from the resort is also nice .

Went for a function and stayed back. The roads that lead to the resort are really congested and will surely cause road blocks. Rooms are mediocre. The pool will not be usable if it is raining. It's a good place to conduct a function but no air conditioning is available.

We went there to attend the Haldi function of a relative. The sign board they have kept near the bridge to reach resort single lane and risky. I wouldn't recommend anyone going by car to take that route even thought it's the shortest. It looks like maintenance is going on, and everywhere is slippery.

Visited, Reasonably good resort. Very near to Nettoor jn. Approach road is very narrow.

We hosted a bachelor party here.The place is suitable for get together, friends meet-up etc. The pool is good, clean and well maintained. The view from the property is also nice.The rooms are good with basic amenities. Lacks soundproofing in some rooms but not an issue. High speed wifi is available.There is also a place to host small events.Parking space is adequate. Can accommodate around 50+ cars and bikes. The property is clean and well maintained. The roads to the property are quite small lanes through housing areas and may find confusing but all roads will lead to the property. Look out for sign boards. final verdict: Good place to enjoy with your friends.
