Good guys.. This is an Mi exclusive showroom with most of their products and accessories available. Though their actual products are not on display, they do seem to have stock availablity. Staff were pretty calm, did not seem hurried and were aware of most of the products and latest updates. They accepted Card or UPI based payments. Located 1st floor City centre Mall.
No credit card payment accepted! I wanted to buy a TV and discussed everything about the TV, possible cashback with HDFC card (emi) and finally at the time of billing, I was asked to make either cash or debit card payment. The reason I was given was that the credit card payment has some charges for the seller. I totally understand that for small amounts sellers request for cash payment, but for electronic items costing 30k+, it was shocking at a brand franchise
I bought a redmi notebook 15pro.The service was too good compared to other stores around.I would recommend this as a need to visit store for thos who are planning to buy a product at a reasonable price and the service given were upto the mark..

Bought a MI Horizontal Edition 43 inch TV from here last week Friendly staff & good service But what I didn't like is it was hot inside & the AC was off They switched it on for a while & then switched it off again Why being so miserly? Whom are you saving money for? At least switch on the AC when customers visit the store to buy your products
