Showroom prices are on par with mi online but the extended insurance for extra two years online was cheaper I purchased 75 inch qled and peoples opinion says after sales service by Mi people is not good so i have my fingers crossed

Waste of time, fake promises says it's completely different buying from them and from online. Also quotes higher than online prices by showing the fake promise and lies.

Once you make a bill for MI, MI is responsible for your product until warranty.

I have been purchased Redmi smart tv x50 series on 26th April 2021, this dealer had booked appointment for installation on 27th april, no one is contact for installation till now. When I called this dealer someone lady picked the call not given proper response. I have been raised a complaint today morning 11am to mi customer care, they people said installation will be done in 4 hrs, but still no call from installation team. Very poor service.
