We Bought an MI TV 1.5 year back from this store. At the time staff were friendly, we even signed up for an TV damage protection insurance. 1.5 month back TV video stopped playing and we raised a complaint at the service centre, as we had insureance covergae the repair and service is covered by it. Its been more than a month, they haven't taken any action. Tierd of calling and visiting the center. Everyday they will assure that the service team will be covering our area and the our issue will be addressed. And they never came by. Even after so many request they failed to resolve it before the festival season(onam). Hope they will resolve the issue soon.
