Staff is so helpful. They put their best efforts to maintain customer satisfaction. Recently been to this place to get a new mi phone. But we actually didn't bought that from their store because we visiting a competitor and they offer lesser price for the same mobile with the same configuration. We found around 500- 800rs difference among a mi showroom and a normal cell phone store.
Very bad experience.they are selling lockal parts of the phone in dubble charge. I changed the display of redmi note 6 pro. They took 4400rs.for that. Display 3700/-, center body 700/- Display was totally bad, when i reached showroom the original parts cost only 3300/- with 3 month's warranty. Don't be cheated. If u r phone has any complaints plz consult the authorised service center. Thank u

They have the accessories and all electronic products of Redmi but they mostly doesn't have mobile hardware parts if we want to replace. Like I went they and I saw a K20 pro customer asking for his damaged front camera replacement he doesn't have it and not even he had my Redmi note 5 pro battery for replacement I asked.
