Excellent service. In warranty phone got repaired. Fare charts are available to avoid confusion. Staff is nice if you are nice to them. Location is also fine. Less crowded. You will get fast service. Staff behavior is very Arrogant and always have generic answers. Not satisfied with quality of service and response. Service solution are temporary not reliable and worth even paid the hug charges for small repairing.
Unprofessional staff, no technical skills. After service my phone is in worst condition. Display issue Battery issue. And I ask them to solve they said That's the only thing we can do.
Xiaomi doesn't want you to repair your phones, they only want you to buy new phones. Xiaomi has stopped officially providing batteries for phones which came out in 2018. The phone will work fine if I simply replace the battery, which I have no option but to get it replaced from a local repair shop. And the batteries sold by these local shops are fake/refurbished. This service centre does not even have the tools to remove t(0.8*) screws which were used in the older devices.
Very quick service got my mi 11x pro camera lens replaced in just 20 min really satisfied with the service
