Not so helpful. Gives wrong prediction of repairing. Told me to invest 8000-9000 on repairing my phone,instead i got my phone's issues resolved just at 3500/-

Worst, I will suggest don't go in this place, they will convince you to come then they will give you horrible service.

Stuff's behaviour are quite good..

worst service center i have ever experienced. Don't go there. the staff behaviour ( named 'saiful' something like this. they called him as a 'DADA" there) more than worst. they don't know how to behave with a customer. if u take ur device for repairing or servicing purpose then make sure it need to open in front of u. u cant trust them. they can change ur full device or change your device parts & make u totally fool.

Good News for Mi mobile phone user that Mi Company has opened a service center on Gour Babu Road, opposite the house of lawyer Mr Gouranga Banerjee and very close to Kanchrapara railway station. All types of Mi mobile services are done here with carefully. Very quick and day to day service is available here. Staffs are very gentle and attentive to the customer.

Never go to this service center, they are incapable, cheat and scam. They gave an estimation of Rs 3500 for repair of my Redmi 6 Pro touch screen problem. I detected the issue as display sub board problem, bought one board from amazon.in at Rs 389, and voila, typing this from that Mobile.

Worst service center I ever seen.. Wait for 2 hours and then they said come tomorrow.. After that they won't able to repair my phone property.. I was go there 4 to 5 time and after that my phone doesn't work properly.. I just want to give them 0 stars Just Don't go there they will waste your time as well as your phone too
