Very positive experience overall by folks here. Everyone was helpful and kind with their behaviour. My issue was also resolved with utmost priority and care.

If there was a option of selecting zero star. I would probably choose that. They are so rude, don't waste your time there you can go and check anywhere else. The worst shop i have ever visited. Totally waste of time and efforts

so much bed experience I have here I was given my mobile there are some charging issue like battery was charged so they take 15 days for repair after that they say now phone is ok but within a one night problem is came again with same complain now they try to avoid it so I came durg service centre here he get problem and temporary shortout it and advice you sell it this phone and phone is no issue now it's ok as iam follow his instructions and sell it at that time phone is ok but just one day seller call me and said phone have some problem so I suggest go supela service centre here they said there is somany problem in this phone like battery is dead and charging shoket is changing end number of complain....my question is to company that what do you do in 15 day and what you repair in that time suddenly new problems come ????? mere vicaar se yh meraa ab tk kaa bhut bekaar experiance rhaa hai

Receptionists are busy on their own cellphone, instead of solving customers issue. Timing is a bit tricky, just like a govt office. Don't offer any service post 6 pm.

A bit slow A couldn't solve the basic problem. Need time visit as I was out

One ic was not working and they told to change the mother board costing 4900/-. I got it repaired from another shop for 2300/-.

Mi Service is good for mobile. Drinking water is available. Staff are polite. However ambience is not proper. Air circulation is poor. Even during hot weather, they keep their Airconditioner off. The accessories price is high and not as per Mi Store rates. Reason given is that their purchase price is higher. Mi company neglects their mobile problem. As on date, my mi note 10pro Max does not work proper as remote. Frequently hangs. I do not get calls, then I have to switch off the phone and restart it. Same situation occurs frequently when I have to make a call. Bluetooth malfunction frequently. Many other problems since the day I brought it, about more than 1 year back. Even Mi Sport Shoe what they have sent has manufacturing defect in addition to poor sole.

Worst service and vvvvvvvery rude behaviour.. Don't buy
