Just replaced back camera protection lens of rs 99 of redmi note 8 and they charges 530rs with 350 service charges. Even they hadn't open a single screw of it. Very bad experience with mi.
Worst service i was there for a replacement of my power bank and they were having that product in stock the reason they gave was the product available is for sale not for replacement and when i asked when will i get my replacement they said after 1 week. Guys i m not asking for a phone replacement that the phone is not available because phones have different configuration colour thats possible that u dont have the same product available at that time but u guys dont even have a power bank for replacement worst experience here
Worst experience they charged to me above then the authorised rate list and when i asked them they told me this rate list is for other phones bla bla worst experience
