Worst service Froad staff 7 months back change my phone battery 2 times in this service center again repeat this problem This staff using old spare parts & change phone spare parts
Service Speed is medium (improvement possible). One thing that i did not like was the personnel there do not specify exact time for repair. The person said 10 -15 mins, but i ended up waiting 1 hr. There is only one attending. There are 2 more people but they just sit there idle. I think there should be atleast 2 attending. The service, etc was fine.
This is the most unethical and irresponsible service centre I have seen till now, pretend to save our GST and charging more than that, not ready to provide bill even on demand ,I had to make my vocal cords in use than they gave the bill , also making fool some other costomers in the name of audit. Freinds Beawar before going over there. Giving minus 99 points on their professional quality.

Well i went there to exchange my headphones ( Mi basic headphones rs 399 ) which i ordered on-line from mi store app within one month of use it stopped working one side so i went to replace it by taking their Appointment and waaoowww they asked me to show receipt and then immediately replaced with original one thank you for the exchange services mi store latur
Excellent Service...the manager was so humble and had repaired my device within 2 days.
Service charge are somewhat costly , they also apply serive charge for spare part overall service is good
