Redmi offers a economical smart phones but after sells services is worst. I visited this MI service center because my phone display damaged. First of all there is no attentive and knowledgeable person in this service center. He advised me to purchase new phone instead of repairing my damaged phone. Repair cost is more than actual price of the phone which is really disgusting. Don't go for any realme,oppo,redmi because all are same parent company BBK electronics. And offers same kind a support.Better to go samsung,sony,Asus,Nokia . They are costly but offer good customer support. I repaired my mi phone from outside which is way cheaper than what service center quoted to me.

It is a service center for all mobile company not for MI. You can get service for oppo, one plus etc... Waiting period is high and service cost is expensive too.

This service centre is very bad. They don't have ethics and manners of how to attend customers. The store manager has a lot of attitude and aggression just like we don't need customers.... Don't visit and have any kind of service from there.
