Located beside Hotel Sagar, Sakchi, Howrah bridge road. As according to the address aswell its within the Sagar complex, on the first floor itself if u climb up the building. The centre is okay, it wasnt too hard to locate the place, if one google's, it can easily be find. As though, can't actually say much about the service coz the phone which me and my friend took their to get their service, we were told that the particular model parts arent even available. The service maybe be good for the rest of the people if they dont have an extinct phone with them. I still wished they could have helped us somehow even then. Nevertheless. Visit it yourself and experience.
This is the worst service centre I have ever visited in my life (today to repair my phone's screen-showing horizontal and vertical lines, which was under warranty). I would recommend not to take your phone under warranty also to get your work done. They are not interested to do anything. They know to find out the customers fault only. Kewal apna palla jhar k Kam nhi krne ka inke paas 50 bahane hai...you can better visit the newly opened MI service Centre in the kasidih area. You can reach there through the lane beside ceat tyre showroom on kalimati road. They are always ready to solve your problems rather than giving you bahanas.
The worst service experience I have ever seen. The staff talk rudely did not hear the problem and they oversee my genuine problem and told me to buy a new piece not to use old one infact my product is in the service period.

Third-class service; they are unable to identify the issue and advise everyone to upgrade their software in order to fix it, but the problem still persists after doing so. They are not technically proficient. Extremely poor service. Don't go to this place
Very poor service and also they have contacted my alternate number and complained that you have taken some another person's helmet. I have paid 2000 for repairing my phone. How can they asked this type of rubbish question. I will not suggest anyone to visit this service center. They don't deserve a single star.
