Yha pe one plus aor mi dono ka service centre hai. Main aaj khud yha gya tha apna one plus ka mobile sahi krwane..and believe me within few minutes I received my phone back with good condition. And now its working properly. Here you've to follow tokken system.

Before I tell you my experience with this service centre a suggestion for you is go other one which is behind Sagar Market. Now about this, Very rude staff not at all interested to provide any service to you they will try to avoid customer and ofcourse one counter Oneplus.
I visited this service center and was asked to go to the new service center the one behind the sagar market. Out of doubt I stayed at this center for about 2 hours and later on listening to my problem was sent to the new center behind sagar market. The reason they gave was unavailability of electricity. I went to the new center and was asked to come a week later. A week after my handset was repaired at this center itself.
Just had a great conversation with Mr.Rahul. As i visited to your OnePlus service center, Express road today with my problem as my phone(OnePlus 9 ) screen got green linings on it after Android 13 update for which I'm very worried. I was very impressed with the way my problem was dealt with by your member of staff who was very knowledgable on your product and dealt with me very professionally. Highly satisfied.
