I had a positive experience at the MI service centre, as the staff was courteous and helpful. However, I was surprised when the technician recommended replacing my mobile phone. Instead, I opted to have it fixed at a local store for nearly 70% less cost, and I'm satisfied with the outcome. It's great that the service centre has good staff, but I recommend seeking alternative options for repairs to save money.

There is only one girl who is tending to the complaints/ queries related to phones. So there is a sizable queue at all times. If you need to speak with a manager, they take their own sweet time and practically amble out of the back office to respond to you. Not very customer friendly. Dispassionate and cold at best.

Good customer support personal. Place is little difficult to find so you will have to ask people to find it faster. The cost of repair is higher side. I had to change my mobile's power and volume button. This is available separately, but they said even back cover has to be replaced which did not make sense. However I got it done from other Mi authorised center at much cheaper cost and only replaced the buttons. So better be aware when they quote the price.

Hello Indians, I would like to inform everyone that Staff of Mi service Centre are liars. I gave my REDMI 6 pro and ask them to repair. They come up with a figure 5000 by stating motherboard and adapter of REDMI 6 pro is not working. I knew that everything is fine except touch screen of my phone. I managed to repair my phone in 1000 only. So I advise everyone not to go there. I will not go in details about the condition of service Centre as It will be very harsh for them. Restricting my self to my experience about the price only other wise it will be thesis of destruction.

Went there for an issue in Firebollt smartwatch. They did reset on smartwatch and issue is solved. Firebollt have a policy that if watch or mobile is sent to them, they may return a device with different color.

Asus motherboard.. Waited 3 hours when giving my motherboard of Rma the girl on the reception said the guy who inspect physical damages is gone out .. and after the Rma was done after 3 day i go to collect it again waited for 3 hours the same girl on reception said the guy of the inventory has gone outside will come after 1 hour and it has been 3 hours now and when i asked after 2 hours she said let me get the inventory with manager but i will give you after i had lunch at 6pm she asked this .. the girl on the reception looks like she hate her job she dont smile she dont want to give answer at my 6 hours of waiting her face was like she want to quit but cant Also please atleast hire two inventory guy so that one can go and other can do his job Mi reception person they were very good
