First of all they They don't give the satisfied answer and take to much time for the checking phone. After that they asked me for Bill / recipe !! As I asked them for battery , they told it's not available !! And rate is very costly compare market price. So, guys don't go there service station. I don't think, It is official Mi service centre. Wrong direction,in the map direction showing paldi,and original area is subhas bridge ,RTO. While checking with map we have mis-guide and we had found too much time around the area but in paldi area no any service center found.
First of all they formatted my phone, and re installed software !! After that they asked me for Bill / recipe !! As I asked them for some parts , they says it's not available !! They couldn't re start my mi account as I forgot the password and not using it from last two/ three years... So, they informed me ... It will take 24 hours !! Company will provide. But from 5th 12 noon till today !! 10th may they are not able to provide or repair my phone !! How Bakwas service is this !! I dought , whether it is official service centre or fake !! Quick and responsive staff. Token system, so no chaos. Usually crowded so take some time while coming. They even shared WiFi when asked as I need it urgently during my phone repair. They repaired it within 2 hours.
