Not properly survive provide, Every time saying any kind of problem change the mothe board

I came here with a sim issue( unable to detect the sim), but ended up asking me to replace the motherboard

I highly recommend you guys instead of this service centre you can visit a small mobile repair shop where you will get better service with cheap cost Here in this shop cost is 3 times higher And you do not get better service.

For a simple repair of sound ic insted they are saying to change the board itself great service given by this service center

Worst service did not provide invoice even after 2 weeks

Very very bad experience with mi service In Narsaraopet, I went on Saturday to check my mobile, they said it is not working day and asked me to come on Monday. I booked the appointment for Monday went to service center they said technician were not available. asked me to another day. I lost 2 valuable days. I visited different mi service centers in different states and cities I couldn't see this kind of issues. Requesting mi team pleas check this issue. This is really bad experience for customers.

Worst worst service. Staff not responding. They don't know about mobile repair. Mi selected wrong employers.
