I want to buy sonic charging wire for my phone.but it is out stock more then 15 days Tele person has good sense of talking But my product is not in stock

They are useless....not even change battery and said company stopped making it ...but I can find it in Amazon that means Amazon is more useful than customer care

I went to fix my broken mobile , very quick and fast delivery. The manager's behaviour was very very helpful. 100% setisfied .

I visited their service center few days ago. Their service experience was simply excellent. I wasn't expecting a good experienced as because of a lot of negative reviews and all. They took just 30 minutes to replace the screen of my Redmi Note 7 pro which was not expected at all. Infact they charge very nominal amount for repairs which is an added bonus.

Third class solution. No professional staff. A man sitting on the chair named Divyanshu refer mobiles to third party person named Sanjiv urf Mencho for repairing. I went to the center on 16th of may for repairing my REDMI NOTE 7 PRO and REDMI NOTE 4. Chairperson called third party person and handedover my both mobiles to him and didn't even give me receipt or repairing slip of my mobiles. They told me to take my mobiles after 4 days but when i called sanjiv after 4days he made excuse that my both mobiles will take much time to repair then I again waited for 4 days. Again I called him and he didn't answer my call. I went to centre again and told them. Then again Divyanshu Chairperson called sanjiv and he said that your both mobiles will be hand over on the next day. After 14days they given my mobile saying that there's not minor problem and mobiles can't be repaired. I have all call recordings which i made to third party person sanjiv. He was giving me date to date as like court. Really disappointed experience ever. I will recommend to all to avoid them and take other option....

Located near the bus stand panipat, right side of the saluja complex , helpful and nice work staff , helping in the best way , visited 3 times to purchase adapter and data cable , also for the service of my mobile , it takes very less time to resolve the problem... feel satisfied by their services. Not much crowded after 12'O clock. Good work mi seveice centre team ,keep it up. Do the good job .
