Very bad experience, I have dropped my phone on 11/09/2023 due to display issue. They said they will provide the phone 4-5 days, disply is not available it will come from Banglore. After 3-4 days they said the Display is on the way to Ranchi. Saturday i.e. 15/09/23 it will be fully repaired and provided to you. But Today 16/09/2023 They again saying display is in Delhi and on the way. How can they just give false/lie information? Worst Experience and service, I have got from this.
Very fast service. They made available battery for my laptop of Dell within 2 days. Good and polite behaviour.

Recently i changed my phone's battery (Redmi note 4).. I think MI service is costly.. It has a fixed rate (Which was clearly visible that it was raised) I wanted to see the battery change process that the serviceman was doing.. But i was not allowed to do that.. How can i be sure that the serviceman was giving me the original MI battery?? Maybe he took the amount of original battery and deliver the old or cheaper battery.. And he didn't even provided the battery bill which samsung use to provide... So please take care of this Be alert be safe...
