Terrible staff. Wasted time. Called up to their office then denied to take payment and get my battery. Was forcing to submit my phone for no reason. Possibly have wrong intentions to extract data or something. Don't trust these guys. Definitely don't submit your phone and complain to consumer forum if you find something fishy like me.
Worst experience ever... The display of my new Redmi 12 phone was not working properly. They kept telling lie to me for a week. They said that it is a software problem and they have to download and install the software separately in my phone. After a week they told me that they can not repair it so I must go to somewhere else.
Rude behaviour of staff as well as my phone was not properly repaired and costed Rs3700. Elements were damaged from inside and from outside it was working and the same problem occurred again and when I went there they asked for the amount to repair it again.
I came twice , they didn't solve the phone's single problem of touch . Moreover if I told them about the problem they said - "We are using your phone from days and we found no problem".As if I really enjoy coming to service centre and giving my only phone to them for days
Service of MI products ,specially TV section is not good at all .Since last 15 days my Television was not working .Although it happened very first time in 4 years since we purchased TV. But after making complaint On line ,Technician of our area Kalyanpur given many assurances for visiting our residence but he did nt turn up ,He visited our place after 40 hours approx and his main ficus was to grab money from us Instead if doing his job of Technician and make relations from customer.
My experience was good. Had to fix the audio jack, earphone was not fitting properly, they gave a very quick service and also good one.
Best store but all mi accesseries price is very high. So I'm not satisfied.
