Worst experience & Idiots. Doesn't have any high technical knowledge & they'll do only small repairs. Went there with my note 8 having issue & they said can't do authorized but un authorized they'll do. But after noticing we are talking with someone they said authorized repair will be done but need to change motherboard. After opting for unauthorized repair, they opened phone and said there's a little bend inside & if we can't do the repair. But when we the same thing to Service center at tirupati by looking at phone they said it's battery issue and we don't have batteries for this model and asked us to replace outside. What's the difference between tirupati and kadapa service centers. It's passionate about work and having domain knowledge.

Excellent experience.I got problem with volume button for my poco f4 mobile, they said it will cover in warranty but it will take one week to get that button. After submitting within 2&3 hours they called back and said your phone got ready. I loved the way they treat costumes must appreciate there work.

Worst... .VINOD never responds & he is super rude with customer... he speaks in a very disrespectful way... Never ever will suggest this service center... Wish I could complain about against this guy VINOD to the Mi Company

Worst behavior by technician his name is VINOD he doesn't listen to you and he don't deserve to respect, behave with him how he treat you he is not a owner of this company no need to worry give him strong dose.? Then he will come down to you... What I notice here irresponsible staff and rude behavior with customers and taking too much time so solve the issue like 10 working days as they are taking to solve? Actually ot should he 2 , 3 working days is enough that is called service center this one is the fish market & tomato market... No time no frame...

Waste service center in kadapa remove this service center no response! 1:Behavior is not good! 2: talking to much! 3: customer problem not solved! 4:No response the customer felling! Remove this service center immediately.change the new location mi service center!

Worst behaviour with customers. So rude at customers. Don't listen to Customers Problems in mobile. Better to change the staff of the service center. Otherwise Remove this bloody service center in Kadapa. All 1 star rating for this service center. This is my second visit to this service center. Both the times I leave the center with most disappointment. Worst experience with this MI service center. I would like to give zero star for this service center.
