Efficient, Quick and Professional service Resolved issue within hour with optimum solution. Location is good, not too crowded but lil difficult to locate in you are visiting first time. One need to cross Airoli station first and then first left. Once u take that left then immediately next left and within 100 m this service centre is there. Pls check photos for location reference.

I had a truly disappointing experience at the mobile service center I visited. Not only did they fail to provide computer-generated bills, but they also handed me a handwritten bill, which felt unprofessional. To make matters worse, they overcharged me significantly compared to the actual price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.On top of everything, the staff at the service center didn't even communicate politely. Their lack of professionalism extended to their attitude, making the entire experience even more unpleasant. It's clear that this service center has a long way to go in terms of customer satisfaction and quality service.

(Redmi K20 Pro)Bad experience at this service centre had visit to replace my phones speaker and earpiece i enquired prior and when they confirmed that they have the part availability then i visited this centre.i was comfortable with the pricing although it was expensive than what we get from local market. I was shocked when i discovered that the service centre mechanic guy visited local shop(luckily i was there too just to enquire the local shop pricing) to get the part and fit into my phone i caught that guy and he started to making some excuses and said that just want get this local part for testing purpose. Later after 2 hours when i went back to service centre these guys told me that part is not available and leave the phone with us you will get after 2 days , i was very spectacle about this and try to get my phone back from them as they got to know that customer had caught them red handed they also didnt forced me to keep the phone back with them , instead they started to demand half money to keep as deposit for the parts. I would suggest that dont go to this service centre they fit the local part into ur phone and charge money for original part. I was lucky that i managed to get my phone back , i regret my decision and will never go back to mi service centres, going forward i will not purchase any mi product , make no sense to go to authorised centres even they will con u with local parts CHEATERS XIAOMI #xiaomiindia

Zero customer walk in to the store the store do not have the chart of model number in place the store is charging the customer without model number chart and with out customer consent keep the phone to heat up so that the battery blast the staff seating at the main counter is sleeping on duty. The store need to be shut immediately. They are not MI store any more.

We have a update of redmi note 10 pro Issue will get resolved at no cost but the are charging the amount for it, there is not our fault then also we have to charge for it Camera issues and sound issue are there after the update because miui 14 is crashed that's why this issues we are facing

Nice experience . Staffs behaviour were very polite and humble . My phone back was broken but they replaced it within 10 min . Must come .

Shir service by them tr he employee behave very rude no talking sence and the lady at the counter says we have done 12000 rs service for you don't question her i mean who the hell are you to say this. Worst service centre ever.

Very Irresponsible staff and careless peoples at store, uncommitted statements given by the staf, Mi should look into this kind of service, keep awaited me for battery for a week as they don't have battery for redmi not 6 pro, they called for battery is available but after visiting store said battery is not available
