Very cooperative staff, have stick of all almost all products. If you want to shoot some videos they will aslo help you, but you have take permissions beforehand. Also the ambience of the store is pleasant. Another thing I would like to mention is that, if they do not have stock of any product, they will suggest you from where you can buy it.
They lost their charm when poco discontinued and staff is not helpful to costomer needs. Staff hope that no one come feels like they gets bother when a customer arrive at MI property
Third class service. We went to purchase two laptop on 8.50 pm. But they refuse to entertain because store will close at 9,,pm. Very rude staff which uses abusive language. We recommend plz never visit that store
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Overall the store and experience is amazing. A couple of things can be improved like for the TV experience there could be a separate cabin or section and the billing could be made a bit faster but I really really like how everything is done. Only visited as a technology enthusiast and ended up buying the MI TV which is not really easy to biy online otherwise.
