Bought a MI Tv 32 inches here, they hold the tv just for my word for two days. Very customer friendly. One of the customer friendly stores selling MI products in the town.

Worst showroom i have ever been. No proper response for inquiry . Sales person's behavior are so cheap when it comes to product description and exchange. Better to look for some good shop which show some respect to customers. If its not this showroom we have a lot of options so learn to respect the customers what so ever . not going anymore and not suggesting to friends and family. This is why people go online nowadays. After i got out of the shop i do order some other brand online .

The Mall is good and the parking area is massively big but there is no enough staff to guide us to park our vehicle and there was no lights in many of the places so it is pitch dark. Also they collect 40 rupees for 4hrs of parking and they don't give any tokens or Receipts I don't know where these money are going without any accounting. The responsible person's must take strict action on collecting money for parking without any token and receipts.

Recently bought redmi 50 inch android TV, within 2 weeks display was gone and requested for replacement. They did replace the TV but now display is more white adjusted. I raised this issue to the company and store, they are saying only this much quality will be provided. Initially told mi is the best TV compared to Sony and LG but now they saying the opposite. Don't buy the TV from here not worth your penny.

Mi store with a poor customer service...need to improve the sales persons attitude and technical knowledge... Not even changed the displayed price which was revised...

Very nice brand shop redmi all the variety products of redmi items displayed . Staff behavior also good. Store located inside the prozone mall coimbatore.but the problem is mobile phone rate comparatively good to other shop. Offers are few. Good parking area in prozone. I am recommend for if u plan any redmi mobile just check and satisfied to this store. Then purchase to other way.. Compre to rate
