Visited this store yesterday.. I was totally disappointed. Other good reviews here are either paid/biased - There is a sales woman who is arrogant and does not have basic courtesy to attend to customers who visit the store. We were made to wait for more than 30 minutes, which we did patiently but then all our queries about TV were ignored as if saying "Hey Mr Customer - Shut Up - What do you know about Tv?" Pathetic behavior and pathetic staff.. They should shut shop.

I visited there today to purchase a mobile phone. I wanted to purchase Redmi Note 10 or Note 10 t. But the disgusting salesman there named Rahul insisted me to buy Redmi prime 10. Although I questioned him about the poor display and poor camera quality but idiot Rahul assured me about it. After billing when I used it I came to know that this is the worst buy. The salesman there are idiots. Don't go there. This idiot salesman wanted my money.

Everything is good except aftersales services I am facing problem in home security camera at my place and done everything whatever they said but unable to connect my camera from last two months but they are not providing me a person. And I am ready to pic up and drop and the show room is in front of my house.Thats why I am 100% dissatisfied with the behavior and system of this company.

Pathetic Mi brand is. They are Chinese and don't deserve to be in India. I purchased Mi laptop and as per invoice it is mentioned that Rs. 2000 cashback will be credited with 90 days but it has been more than 4 months now but no one responds to queries. #boycottMi #looters

Wifi is worst. It has bad range. I bought highest price router 4A Then also it is not working in 1BHK FLAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MI.

Nice experience...and I think more products like mi tab and laptop range... Should be available in store... And mi try to launch in India laptops and tabs range for customers....

I am using Mi note 4 from last 2 years and still this phone is not hang even 1 time . I am fully satisfied from this product and I also want to buy many more products of Mi. Thank you Mi.
