Very nice mi store i always found all products which i prefer yesterday i bought a mi tv box for my old tv and now it became a smart tv with tons of features thanks to mi store to have a variety of items
The person managing the store has no etiquette, he addresses the customer in a very rude way, the product I bought was mi home camera it stopped working in just 2 hours and when I took it back to the store , he started shouting and blaming me that I switched the camera and it was not the camera he sold me. I would suggest any person going there to first check the product online or buy it from a reputed store (Mi store or any other) but not from this store . Edit - He said I used the broken memory card when I took the camera to service centre near 837 metro pillar number , he said that your memory card is fine , it is manufacturing defect . The mi store person has no knowledge about the gadgets in his store and he only knows how to blame back the customer even if it is his mistake.
Actually I was visited there for (MI band 3, straps) mi official online price is Rs249 but he charged me Rs350. I think it's official mi Store so increase price is disappointed for me. one thing I'll add owner behaviour is good but I feel cheated.
Good user experience. Goods are nicely displayed so that you can pick one of your choice. Staff is very polite and understandable. Genuine price as compare to online offline stores.
Charging more than the price listed on the website. Giving reason that the offline stores are for customers benefits so company can charge something extra. I have purchased so many times from other stores but nobody did like this.
They are selling a mobile 1000rs higher than its actual price and that is not good for a showroom of redmi. I think they should take a look at these showroom owners
