Mi Authorised Service Centre- Prime service - Repair service in Kanchrapara - 24 Paraganas North, India

Ok so here the thing , i came to the spot and the shutter of the store was down so i just asked another shopkeeper that was this store close for today ? And he said that it has been closed since 3 month ....so why its showing it was open at day time ?

This service centre is closed for several days but online showing as open. This is not acceptable from Mi authorities.

Not up to the mark. Went for battery replacement, although booked prior appointment through online but I had to sit for more than 30 mins to be attended by desk officer. Replacement of the batter done on same day but took almost 2 hours to complete the job. Even after long waiting finishing of the job was not satisfactory. They did such small work after damaging the display. So had to wait for another two days to get the devices back. But believe me it is not like before, some other parts has been effected and not working properly. Poor work and service.

This MI service center is located near the kanchrapara railway station. 2 minutes walk from the autorickshaw stand, kanchrapara. Their services is quit good, but prices are too high, nowadays Xiaomi and redmi devices are also not performing so well. The Employees are quit good behave. They are promising for a week to deliver the device/service but usually they deliver the service within 7-15 days which is not so good. Overall experience: average.

Service Center is overall nice, the staffs are good (I had to change the main board of my Redmi Note 10 Pro and they gave my phone back after 11 days, would blame Xiaomi not the service center)

In vivo or other service center the technician does the phone service in front of the customer but in redmi service center the phone service is done in a closed room. Phone service should be done in front of the customer so that the customer can know whether the service is being done or not

The worst service centre I have ever seen.... They only know to throw sweet words to customers so as to loot money. Their behavior is good enough, but the service they provide, that is worst. Once your phone visit there, u have to roam there every once in a month, coz they don't repair it well. Expensive as well as bad servicingI even don't want to give one star to them, but to write my reviews, I have to give one star to them. Go to any other store, but don't go there...

Very organised and reliable. They have their parts rate chart published in the service centre premises as well. They have immense transparency in their policies which is quite rare in today's date. In this pandemic time, do not forget to get an online appointment before you visit the service centre. They don't allow you in without an appointment.
