Good helpful owner. I visit in the evening, so trainer is Vishal. He is very knowledgeable trainer. Graduate in Physical education. He knows exactly how to do the exercises perfectly and guides accordingly. It's advisable to take personal training from him by taking him as your personal trainer. I have been suffering from lumber and cervical problem since 2009. I am quite fit and almost free from pain now.

I would not recommend mathre gym the trainers are not experienced and have an attitude towards new guys, They only care about your money and come with different offers to different people, after you pay them then they dont care whether you come or not Worst experience ever There are better gyms in Mira road They dont follow covid-19 protocol and no one wears a mask And there is no hand sanitizer They dont ask people to wear ask at times when covid was at its peak

Good gym, gives in person attention to every member. Right now shifted to some other place
