This is to make the ortho patients aware about a very renowned doctor named saad ullah khan quadri whose treatment is one of the best .... He has the ability to make the patient feel ease with the fracture treatment . he is one of the most qualified and dignified one.. May allah grant him abundant of blessings.....mazak allah.

The owner of the hospital should know that women who receive the phone when we call lack basic decency , they don't listen to people and behave like animals over the phone , don't they have basic humanity to talk to a person who is calling to find out about a doctor , how can someone be so rude . Do you guys understand the word HUMANITY , what kind of a Muslim you are when you can't talk to someone properly , just keeping a Muslim or holy name for your hospital is if no use , which lady receives the phone call either train her or change her , no use of your existence when you can't behave like a human , this was very painful for me I called thrice to check about the dr and the lady is such a dumb person , if you open a hospital be responsible for treating people not for causing pain or trouble , the MANAGEMENT should know this and take action , let us know what you're doing about this . If you cause pain to others you're responsible to answer to the GOD

Doctor is good. Reception and the attendant staff are lazy and unable to manage the patients. Management must take control and replace with efficient staff. No proper numbering, made to wait even after booking appointment.

Nice, Clean, peaceful atmosphere with worm welcoming gesture and excellent service very satisfactory and humble nature of highly qualified doctors and above all very very economical, what else one can want more !!!!! It's all which I noticed at the Mount Hira Clinic. Today by chance happen to visit the clinic for the treatment of my daughter and when came out surprised to notice that still people with humanity do exist in the medical department. Lots of thanks to the whole staff and special thanks to treating medical specialist Dr. Shazia for her very kind helpful and humble nature towards the patient. Thanks Lot

Worst management they themselves says doctor is busy for two months if an emergency go and see other hospitals. There is no humanity in them worst worst experience over the phone itself i would suggest not to speak to them they ill treat people. We are paying consultation charges and gonna meet the doctor but when u speak to the people at the reception seems like we have taken their money and gonna consult. Very poor management 0 star rating from my end.

Third rated hospital. Female scavengers attend the calls, who don't know basic English, Telugu or Urdu. Being scavengers they don't understand why a person calls a hospital without listening they bark something & disconnect the phone.

DR.saadullah is the best practicing Orthopaedic Surgeon, and best provider. Allhdullah. Allah bless him more .

The doctor is very good but the receptionists are not. Either they don't know how to manage the patients or they don't want to manage. 1. When you call for appointment, you get a date after a month. 2. Again you have to call a day before your appointment to confirm your timing. 3. Finally when you reach there on the given timing, you have to wait for hours for your turn. My request to the management is when you can book appointments before a month why not give the exact time to the patients so that they don't have wait for hours together. And please put an audio-visual display in the waiting area so that people know what token no is in progress. This will reduce the headache for your receptionists as well, as they don't have to quarrel with some unruly patients.
