MGS RESIDENCY BODI - Lodge in Bodinayakanur - Theni, India

Management and people working here are really and not responsible . They have worst character . I booked 3 rooms and they cancelled it without letting me know and when I went there they were not responding properly. Please try to avoid this hotel and better go in for a hotel who does good service.

Rooms are nice. But there is no restaurant. They are not providing hot water to drink.

The hotel is good and location is great. However the staff is highly unprofessional and borderline trying to fool customers. Had booked rooms here for my marriage. While quoting price, they calculated for 4 AC Rooms, & even confirmed this over call. However, they never gave a detailed breakup While settling, they asked to settle higher amount. When asked, they said we shouldn't argue just because their staff made a small mistake. Just for 2-3 thousand, the owner's conduct + language was very ruthless & disrespectful. DO NOT book this place if you wish a peaceful and respectable stay and checkout experience.

Worst service. No wifi. Room service phone does not work. Service phone does not work. No hot water at night. No restaurant , false advertisment Access key do not work most of the time.

Rooms are ok ok. But cleanliness is a big drawback. Bed and pillow covers are soo dirty and stains. Who will leave the plastic cover of mattress on just because its purchased new

Restaurant superb place The porotta and mutton gravy is fabulous I orderd the fishfry but they giving very huge level gramflour masala very bad taste. Kalakki is very nice Then washroom flour mat is uncomfortable two times i slip down Allover good thts it,.......

The hotel gives only one water bottle a day, that too a local brand with an imitation shaped bottle. They refuse to give free unbottled drinking water. But, insists on selling the above local brand for Rs. 20

Good rooms with affordable price. Room was maintained perfectly. Accessible easily which is located nearby bodi bus stand.
