Well maintained. Security guard was very polite. It is located just opposite Actor Sivakumar's house. Sad part is that, they should do something to clean up the roads and promote this memorial house to attract tourists.

The house in which MGR lived during his acting period. Later he moved to Ramapuram Garden behind KK Nagar. All of his gifts and moments are displayed during his both film and political career. All of his films with year of release and many letters written to him by big leaders are there. His used car TMK 4777 is main attraction there.

Great collection of articles to recall the memory of Mr. M. G. Ramachandran, Ex TN CM, vetran actor. No entry fee and things are kept very clean. Well maintained.
