Loved the stay.. staff were very kind.. room was good.. enjoyed the stay.. The stay was the best, they provided us the bigger room since we had a baby. The room was clean and service was excellent. Bathroom also spacious and tidy with bath tub. Food was awesome, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay in a city like Bangalore.. The hotel provides stay for family, couples, business travelers, friends and groups. And it suits all kinds of stay with the best service and food. We had a 11 months old baby and we wanted baby food(dal kichdi without spices). And they prepared exactly the way we wanted and the taste was yum. We visited many hotels but we didn't get the baby food like the way we wanted. Here was the best. I would always prefer this hotel every time I visit Bangalore.

I stayed here in the month of October 2023. It was a pleasant stay. The staff here is really good and they help you throughout your stay. Food is awesome. The best part is the hygiene. Overall I must say I would recommend MGM mark Whitefield hotel for your next business trip. Thank you for all your services.

I stayed in this hotel for a day as part of a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very supportive and accommodating . There are 3 types of rooms executive , superior and grandeur . I stayed in superior room. The room was very spacious one. Lighting could have been better . Bathroom was very neat and tidy and had a bath tub. The complimentary breakfast was also good. One of my colleagues stayed in the grandeur rooms, they are the best here with very huge rooms with sofa and gym cycles . Also they provided complimentary cab facilities within 5 km radius. Overall a very reasonable place

It was much better to book a Lodge instead of booking this hotel. Such a pathetic service and customer support i have seen and experienced. No proper support, beds are poor,damaged, no additional water bottles provided, towels, accessories are poor in quality. Overall such a worst experience

My stay was great. It was about a 15minute cab ride from Bagmane business park if I avoided peak traffic. This was very reasonable for me. The hotel was very quiet and the customer service was great. It was not a fancy place, but it was clean, and comfortable. The Internet service was good. I would book again if I return to BLR. I am from Denver Colorado, in the US.

Good restaurant but with limited menu, taste of the sabjis to be improvised a bit. Overall experience was satisfactory

Went here during off-peak hours. Service was courteous. Starters were excellent. Drinks selection can be improved.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is very helpful during entire stay. They support early checkin and late checkout if needed. The breakfast is good and Lunch/dinner is ok which can be improved for price offered. Rooms are clean, spacious with well equipped wardrobes and safe locker. Wash rooms are clean and hygienic. Room service is just a call away and they respond quickly. Parking is also there in basement.
